公共事业管理专业（医疗健康产业管理方向）
本项目由百富策略白菜网与美国新奥尔良大学（University of New Orleans,US）联合举办，是2016年福建省唯一一个经中国教育部批准的中外合作项目。
本项目是全省第一个按照AACSB（国际精英商学院协会）认证资格要求、美方全程监控教学质量、以培养医疗健康产业管理专业人才为主的中外合作项目。
本项目主要培养适应医疗健康产业发展新形势的需要，具备医疗健康产业管理理念，系统掌握医疗健康产业管理的基本理论与实践技能，具有国际视野与创新能力的医疗健康产业中高层管理人员。
学制：四年。
授予学位：管理学学士（中方）、理学学士（Bacherlor of Science,美方）。
符合百富策略白菜网毕业条件的学生，颁发百富策略白菜网本科毕业证书，如果学生在百富策略白菜网学习2.5年后，达到赴新奥尔良大学学习的条件，在美国修满规定学分后，将获得美国及中国颁发的两个学士学位；如果学生在百富策略白菜网学习2.5年后，未能达到赴新奥尔良大学学习的条件，在百富策略白菜网继续学习并修满规定的学分，将获得百富策略白菜网颁发的管理学学士学位。
主干课程：管理学、人体解剖学与生理学、市场营销学、医疗健康管理概论、公共关系学、卫生法律与伦理学、医疗健康经济学、医疗健康人力资源管理、医疗健康品质管理、医疗健康管理信息系统、医疗健康营销策划、社区健康项目管理、健康管理实务等。
毕业生适宜在医疗健康产业，担任医院管理、医疗保健管理、养老院管理、社区服务经理、康复机构经理人、社区健康服务管理、健康管理精算师、健康管理咨询等职位，就业前景广阔，薪酬待遇好；所有参加中美合作班并获得百富策略白菜网文凭的学生，均可以申请攻读新奥尔良大学医疗健康产业管理专业硕士学位。赴美留学的学生，在取得新奥尔良大学毕业文凭的同时，可以申请到美国纽约大学、艾默里大学、佛吉尼亚大学、杜兰大学等世界名校的硕士研究生。
Public Business Mmanagement
(the direction of medical health industry management )
This major is to train the medical health industry management talents.
In 2016 the Ministry of Education approved the cooperative undergraduate education program of public business management (the direction of medical health industry management ) with University of New Orleans. University of New Orleans was established in 1958 and is the world famous university. Its School of Business owns accreditation of AACSB.
This program is to meet the needs of medical and health industry development under the new situation and train for medical health industry mid-level managers who hold strong spirit of public service and public service consciousness, have the health care industry management idea, systematically master the basic theory and practice of medical health industry management skills with international vision and innovative ability.
Duration: four years.
Degree: Students who meet the graduation conditions of Putian University will be issued Putian University undergraduate diploma. If they study in Putian University for 2.5 years and achieve the requirements for learning in the University of New Orleans, after they achieved required credits, they will be issued two bachelor's degree in management science by the US and China; If they study in Putian University for 2.5 years and fail to achieve the requirements for learning in the University of New Orleans, they can continue to study in Putian University and will obtain a bachelor's degree in management issued by China after they achieved required credits.
Main courses: management, marketing, management psychology, public relations, health law and ethics, health economics, health human resource management, health management consulting entry, health management information system, health care marketing plan, health project management, health operating costs control.
Graduates are suitable to work in healthcare institutions in the United States or China with promising employment prospects, and good remuneration. Their annual salary is expected to be 100-300 thousand yuan. All graduates can apply for master's degree in management of health care industry of University of New Orleans after they obtain a diploma issued by Putian University.
